Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the purpose this website and what does it include?
TheraCare has created the
My Pay website to assist our Fee For Service and
Independent clinicians by providing access to a detailed online report of their
paycheck data. The online report will list all of the
sessions that the clinician is to be paid for within a given
pay period. The detail includes service description,
session date, child serviced, duration, and pay rate. Clinicians can view details for the
current pay period, and several previous payroll cycles.
The
TheraCare
My Pay website also includes a helpful Calendar which
lists period end dates and the corresponding pay dates for
the entire year. The pay calendar can be used by TheraCare clinicians to determine
upcoming pay dates.
In addition, the
TheraCare
My Pay website contains a Help Desk tab which
provides instructions for clinicians in the event of a
discrepancy in their paycheck data. Detailed
information relating to our Payroll Help Desk (such as
contact information, hours of operation, and instructions)
can be found in this area.
2. How can I get a logon for the My Pay Detail area?
You must contact the
Payroll Help Desk in Islandia in order to have
them establish a logon (a user name and password) for
you to use. Once your logon has been established, you can
use it to access the
My Pay Detail area of the
My Pay website.
3.
Can I view my paycheck
details prior to actually getting paid?
Yes. The payroll department will post a detailed
online report of your paycheck data for you to view, one day prior to
your pay date. We
strongly suggest that you take advantage of our early
posting process to verify your paycheck data.
4.
Why doesn't my paycheck equal my pay data on the My Pay website?
The information on the May Pay website is your gross pay.
It does not include any taxes or deductions. This
amount will be equal to your total earnings as shown on your
pay stub.
